About the position

The Replenish Lead is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory management within a warehouse environment. This role involves leading and training associates, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining effective communication with the Department Manager and other departments to address process issues and uphold quality standards. The position requires a strong understanding of logistics and the ability to execute warehouse plans while adhering to deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and train associates in inventory management and replenishment processes.
  • Communicate regularly with the Department Manager regarding inventory status and team performance.
  • Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coach and lead the team to ensure adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Provide performance feedback to team members and address any issues promptly.
  • Process commercial invoicing and related documentation accurately and timely.
  • Execute warehouse plans and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of lead experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating standup forklifts.
  • At least 1 year of international shipping experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and shipping operations.
  • Knowledge of various import regulations and rules.
