About the position

The Reporting and Analytics Engineer will play a crucial role in a migration project aimed at enhancing the reporting infrastructure by transitioning from Oracle Business Intelligence and Oracle Exadata to Snowflake and Power BI on AWS and Azure. This position focuses on improving data quality, enabling self-service capabilities, and aligning with cloud strategies, ultimately providing a better reporting experience and supporting the decommissioning of legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and research.
• Conduct tactical data extracts and build balanced ETL data pipelines.
• Deploy AI/Machine Learning models via RESTful APIs.
• Structure model output data and build reports to measure deployed model efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in building and deploying data movement and transformation workflows.
• Outstanding SQL skills and experience performing deep data analysis on multiple database platforms.
• At least 2 years of web-service development experience with Java and/or Python.
• At least 1 year of experience in GenAI, preferably with Microsoft OpenAI.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure infrastructure.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience interacting with financial services and/or digital channel data (Web clicks, Phone logs, email campaigns).
• Familiarity with VetorDB like RedisCache or AWS Opensearch.
