About the position

The Accounts Receivable Representative position at Net2Source is a mid-level role focused on supporting the controllership team through data gathering and documentation. The position is hybrid until January 1, 2025, requiring in-office work on Mondays and Fridays, and will transition to 100% onsite thereafter. The role involves preparing reconciliations, participating in financial initiatives, and ensuring timely reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Support the controllership team through data gathering and documentation.
• Follow tasks assigned by the manager within set timelines.
• Prepare accurate and timely status reports to management and other departments as needed.
• Participate in special projects, cost analysis, and other financial initiatives.
• Prepare assigned monthly and quarterly reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, technical, and research skills.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-haves

• Associate's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Oracle accounting software and customer portals like Taulia, Coupa, and Ariba.
