About the position

The Customer Service Representative at LCI is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer recognition. This role involves interfacing with customers, managing checkout processes, and maintaining store cleanliness. The position is on-site at Ft. Stewart, GA, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, subject to variation based on store needs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all customer service functions with customer recognition.
  • Accurate computerized checkout.
  • Requesting and identifying material from the warehouse and shelf stocking.
  • Store cleanliness both in and outside.
  • Other duties as requested by Manager and/or Assistant Manager.

Requirements

  • High school graduate with one year relevant work experience.
  • Basic retail knowledge and accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, vendors, co-workers, and management.
  • Team player.
