About the position

The Customer Service Representative at CEMEX plays a crucial role in managing customer interactions and ensuring the efficient processing of orders. This position requires extensive knowledge of the service area and involves handling a high volume of phone calls, coordinating deliveries, and collaborating with various teams to maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Intake orders via centralized call center
  • Process credit card charges
  • Answer heavy phone volume
  • Negotiate delivery times with customers
  • Coordinate with quality control and office personnel to ensure service and delivery of products
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in dispatching in a similar industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Interest in pursuing a sales career
  • Ability to manage smartphones and digital tools
  • Experience with downloading and setting apps on IOS and Android
  • MS Office intermediate to high level required
  • Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)
