About the position

The Customer Service Representative at House of Blues is an entry-level position focused on providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. The role involves handling a variety of customer requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers nationwide.
  • Handle requests related to ticket delivery options, exchanges, refunds, ADA seating, resale issues, and verified fan inquiries.
  • Assist customers with VIP packages and concert cash/vouchers.
  • Provide support for upselling opportunities and troubleshoot payment issues.
  • Maintain a focus on one contact resolution for customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse personalities.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • At least one year of recent, continuous employment in a customer service role is preferred.
