Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, negotiate, and take action on customer concerns to enhance satisfaction.
  • Educate customers using available information resources.
  • Ensure dealers provide a connected Kubota Service Experience.
  • Support dealers in enhancing their service skills through Kubota University.
  • Assist in customer survey systems and support service strategy efforts.
  • Market the Extended Warranty business over the phone.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer relation skills.
