About the position

The Representative II, Customer Service Ops role at Cardinal Health involves providing professional and timely customer service support for the at-home division. This position is focused on assisting customers with order placements, inquiries, and problem resolution while working remotely. The representative will be responsible for managing inbound calls, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Offer professional and timely service as a representative of Cardinal Health at-Home
  • Support an inbound call queue, providing assistance in placing orders, searching products, processing returns, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and answering questions
  • Process orders for distribution centers and internal customers in accordance to scheduling, demand planning and inventory
  • Provide problem resolution for order issues in a timely manner including delays
  • Process non-routine orders such as product samples that have special requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrate a passion for healthcare
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • 2-4 years experience in Customer Service preferred
  • Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
