The Representative Payee is responsible for managing the Social Security and/or Railroad Retirement disability benefits of individuals, ensuring that their basic living expenses are met through effective budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Promote independent living for individuals with mental health challenges.
• Provide guidance and education to prevent eviction and financial exploitation.
• Assist individuals in creating budgets for their basic needs.
• Manage Social Security and/or Railroad Retirement disability benefits for clients.
• Ensure that clients' basic living expenses are met.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
• Associate's degree (Preferred)
• 1 year of experience in case management (Preferred)
• Confidential security clearance (Preferred)
• Ability to relocate to Rochester, PA 15074 (Required)
