About The Position

The Quality & Process Auditor at United Airlines is responsible for conducting operational and safety audits within the airport environment. This role emphasizes the importance of compliance and customer satisfaction, requiring the auditor to travel extensively to various locations. The position involves collaboration with local leaders to address audit findings and drive continuous improvement in service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in fast-paced large scale operation.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with leaders to communicate observations and areas of improvement.
  • Able to lead with empathy and understanding of operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge and working experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Use of cellular technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of aviation and/or auditing experience.
  • Quality & Process Auditing Experience.
  • Experience working with Business Partners who perform functions for United.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct operational and safety audits within the airport environment, including audits of United employees and Business Partners.
  • Provide reviews to station and Business Partner leadership after completing Quality & Process Audits.
  • Submit audits via audit technology tool for review and assist leaders with business decisions based on findings.
  • Work with local leaders to address audit findings and prevent derogations in customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Gain trust with stakeholders and provide insights on common audit trends and process observations.
  • Champion change and continuous process improvement by supporting local and Business Partner leadership.
  • Engage in recurrent training in Quality & Process standards across Airport Operations.
