About the position

The Remote Replenishment Representative at Altice USA is responsible for overseeing the distribution and inventory management of materials within the replenishment area. This role involves leading and training other employees, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and performing various administrative tasks related to inventory control. The representative will utilize the Oracle inventory control system and assist in technician check-in processes, all while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in their work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train other employees in various tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
• Perform physical tasks associated with the distributing and receiving of materials, including loading, unloading, storing, and issuing materials to technicians.
• Produce and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for supervisor review.
• Meet company standards for the quantity and quality of work performed.
• Assist the field service supervisor with the technician check-in process.
• Perform high-complexity administrative tasks related to remote replenishment activities.
• Ensure compliance with all Company and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate requests for additional materials as needed.
• Ensure accurate material transaction processing, including issues, reverse logistics, and transfers.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in material transactions.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company uniform standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics operations role or similar position.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic mathematical calculations with proficiency.
• Ability to work as a team member of a dedicated staff.
