About the position

AdventHealth Kansas City is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) Reproductive Endocrinology Physician to join our esteemed IVF group within the Kansas City region's premier Birthing Center and Women's Health program. Our facility is recognized for delivering over 5,300 babies annually and boasts a cutting-edge IVF program designed to assist women in their journey to conceive. The IVF group has an excellent long-standing reputation in Kansas City and is recognized as a Center of Excellence, known for outstanding pregnancy rates. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive reproductive endocrinology and infertility services to patients.
  • Perform IVF procedures and manage patient care throughout the IVF process.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Engage in patient education and counseling regarding reproductive health options.

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in IVF procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a high-volume IVF program.
  • Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
