About the position

The IT Modernization Project Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the Higher Education Coordinating Commission's IT team, focusing on technology replacement, process improvement, and digital transformation. This position involves comprehensive business and policy analysis, documentation of project and business requirements, facilitation of project activities, and providing program support, including organizational change management and project testing. The role also includes production support and project management responsibilities, ensuring effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or a related field.
• Four years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work related to IT project management and/or IT business analysis, or equivalent experience.
• Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years in IT project management and/or IT business analysis.
