Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Requirements Data Analyst to support the Requirements Management Corporate Process (RMCP) in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $165,000 to $180,000 per year. The primary responsibility of the Requirements Data Analyst is to manage space mission requirements submissions and oversee RMCP data across various SharePoint PowerApps and database systems. The analyst will develop tools within SharePoint, assist in creating and maintaining training programs and materials, and provide support for planning and managing STARCOM requirements and acquisition programs. This includes tracking and managing technical and programmatic risks, requirements management, and the daily oversight of STARCOM program costs, schedules, and performance. The RMCP framework aims to provide a predictable, scalable, and enduring approach to managing requirements for the Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM). The analyst will ensure that requirements are traceable to higher-level justifications and strategic guidance, translating validated requirements into prioritized decisions regarding material, non-material, and resource allocations that feed into STARCOM's Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Operational Order (OPORD), and Unfunded Requirements (UFR) cycles. The role requires a strong understanding of Space Force concepts and training methodologies, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
