About the position

Global Industrial is seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a National Reseller Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a national reseller sales strategy that aligns with both personal and company sales goals. You will engage with current and potential customers regularly, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs while overseeing all sales activities within your assigned national sales territory. This position requires a proactive approach to communication and collaboration with other members of the sales team and team leaders to generate sales and deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include submitting regular reports on your sales activities into the company's CRM software, ensuring that all records for leads and customers are clean and up-to-date. Efficiency is key in this role; you will be expected to perform your duties in a cost-effective manner, maintaining receipts for all job-related expenses and submitting them to accounting. Adhering to company procedures, values, and policies is essential to accurately represent Global Industrial to all potential and current customers. Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a national reseller sales strategy to meet personal and company sales goals.
  • Communicate regularly with current and potential customers, providing solutions as needed.
  • Oversee all sales activity in the assigned national sales territory.
  • Coordinate with other members of the sales team and team leaders to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Submit regular reports on sales activity into the company's CRM software.
  • Maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
  • Perform duties efficiently, reducing costs when possible.
  • Maintain receipts for all job-related expenses and submit them to accounting.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in Industrial / MRO sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
