About the position

The Research Administrator will be pivotal in supporting the research activities within the Residency Program. This position involves coordinating research projects, managing research grants, and ensuring institutional and federal regulations compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research administration, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for advancing women's health through research.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate research projects within the Residency Program.
  • Manage research grants and ensure compliance with institutional and federal regulations.
  • Support research activities and initiatives related to women's health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3-5 years of experience in research administration.
  • Experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology or related fields.
  • Previous experience working with residency programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure research funding.
  • Knowledge of grant writing and management.
  • Familiarity with IRB processes and federal research regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in research software and data management tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's or PhD preferred.
  • Experience in research administration preferably in medical or academic setting.
