About the position

The Research Analyst, Brand Health Tracking role at Ipsos involves managing survey research projects, ensuring they are completed within timelines and budgets. The position requires designing questionnaires, analyzing survey results, and preparing reports and presentations. The analyst will work closely with operations teams and develop a deep understanding of clients' business issues and industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage survey research projects within timeline and budgets.
  • Design questionnaires and plan analyses.
  • Perform quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage overall project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Analyze and interpret survey results; prepare reports and presentations.
  • Develop an understanding of clients' business issues and industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in analytical or insights-focused fields such as economics, marketing, psychology, sociology, statistics, or similar programs.
  • Experience with questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and tabulation planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with survey applications such as Qualtrics or Google Consumer Surveys.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.
  • Ability to use macros to increase efficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
