About the position

As a Research Analyst at Ipsos, you will support the delivery of strategic insights to clients through the execution of various research projects. This entry-level position involves managing key market research projects, questionnaire design, and preparing client deliverables while developing your analytical skills and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Executing and coordinating advertising research projects on time and on budget.
  • Working on questionnaire design and analysis planning with senior team members.
  • Preparing client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Finding innovative ways to visualize data to enhance storytelling.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to understand client business needs and translating them into research designs.
  • Supporting multiple projects and gradually increasing responsibility for independence.
  • Mentoring new Analysts and Interns, providing guidance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Attending client briefing meetings and results presentations to build presentation skills.
  • Collaborating on the analysis and interpretation of survey results to refine analytical skills.
  • Participating in initiatives that support service line growth and employee training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Some experience in market research, marketing, communications, or advertising is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, and Slides).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Curiosity and a passion for working with data and extracting insights.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with questionnaire design and sampling approaches.
  • A genuine fascination for the field of advertising.
