About the position

The Market Research Analyst position at Thomas & Reed, LLC involves delivering high-quality market research reports and training to support rural companies in accessing valuable resources. The role emphasizes professionalism, quality client service, and the importance of client success. The analyst will work closely with the Market Research Program Manager to ensure effective communication and actionable findings for clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, thorough market research reports in a timely manner.
• Support the development of training content and co-deliver training seminars for clients.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Market Research Program Manager.
• Document research requests, coaching notes, and final report notes extensively.
• Evaluate and recommend additional data tools for the research process.
• Co-deliver research results directly to clients, ensuring clarity and actionability.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Proven market research skills, preferably in export market research.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading seminars geared toward business owners.
• Bachelor's degree in business or economics and/or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.

• Private sector experience, including private sector exporting experience.
• Comfortable operating in rural environments.
