Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a Research Analyst II who researches complex issues, crafts possible solutions, and recommends actions. The incumbent develops white papers and reports regarding global health security (GHS) and Global Health Engagement (GHE) activities and topics. This includes identifying gaps and providing recommendations in alignment with research findings. The incumbent will work as part of a team and will provide support in project conception, data collection, analysis, and development of recommendations. The incumbent will utilize a quantitative/qualitative, rational basis for developing recommendations. This position will be in support of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) Center for Global Health Engagement (CGHE), a federal entity which works to lead, integrate and synchronize the University's contributions to Department of Defense (DoD) global health engagement (GHE) and national security objectives by providing a hub for GHE thought leadership and knowledge, strategic communications and outreach, operational support, research, and capability integration of education, training and planning. HJF provides direct scientific, technical and programmatic support services to CGHE. The Henry M.
