Administrative support is a key component of the role, which includes tracking client activity, maintaining records, reporting on key metrics, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files. Interns will also prepare and edit various documents, correspondence, and presentations to ensure effective communication within the agency. Effective communication is essential, and interns will assist in developing communication materials such as newsletters, press releases, and social media posts. Participation in meetings and discussions is expected, along with regular interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. This includes responding to inquiries promptly, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations. In addition to these responsibilities, interns will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and programs, contributing to the preparation of policy documents and recommendations. Responsibilities
