About the position
The Research Analyst position in Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries at JPMorgan Chase involves providing macro and market insights to stakeholders in Commercial Banking. Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic data and capital markets trends
- Write short summaries of economics and market developments
- Create presentations that summarize research views
- Compose research notes and industry reports
Requirements
- 6+ years of financial industry experience
- Previous experience in economics, capital markets, strategy, investment banking, and/or equity/credit research
- Firm grasp of key macroeconomic concepts: interest rates, GDP, unemployment, inflation, supply chains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills including charts and formatting
- Proficient in Word
