Analysts will craft comprehensive reports, monitor trends, and synthesize information from various sources to deliver valuable analysis to high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Craft comprehensive reports on key public figures and organizations to influence clients' strategic decisions.
• Monitor news, social media, and a range of primary and secondary sources to stay ahead of trends and synthesize them into analysis for clients.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals, sharing knowledge and growing together.
• Develop expertise in political and reputational challenges within key industry sectors and policy areas, such as energy, life sciences, and technology.
• For Senior Analysts: Lead, mentor, and uplift team members to enhance research capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, non-academic public affairs setting such as a political campaign, lobbying firm, or legislative office.
• Exceptional writing skills to turn complex research into compelling narratives.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for public affairs and political analysis.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with artificial intelligence tools in research and analysis.
• Background in industries such as energy, life sciences, or financial services.
