About the position

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct research activities.
  • Assist with project budgets.
  • Collaborate with project partners to address project requirements.
  • Develop ideas for related grants and projects with NICRP staff.
  • Take a leadership role on project tasks.
  • Assist with grant writing.
  • Complete final reports and publication manuscripts.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Ability to independently conduct social science and/or evaluation research.
  • Knowledge of research methods, data analysis, and human subjects protections.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Ability to write results of research analyses.
  • Good computer skills in word processing and data management, specifically with SPSS software.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
