About the position

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to generate insightful reports.
  • Present complex data in an easy-to-understand format for various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to develop actionable strategies based on research findings.
  • Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive reports detailing research findings, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Present findings to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience performing relevant research and presenting final analysis.
  • Strong written and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large amounts of data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • 2+ years' experience in various research tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics.
  • 1+ years experience in writing articles, published papers, and/or technical writing.
  • Expert user in all Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background or coursework in Business, Economics, Social Science, Journalism, Area Studies, Liberal Arts or Humanities.
  • Master's degree.
  • Consulting experience.
