This position is pivotal in supporting the Ad Sales department by providing comprehensive research and analysis that drives advertising investment among both new and returning clients. The Research Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Ad Sales Research and will collaborate closely with various departments, including Ad Sales, Sales Planning, Business Operations, Marketing, and Insights. In this role, the Research Analyst will be responsible for compiling and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative research to support Ad Sales, Programming, and Affiliate Distribution. The analyst will develop insights-driven analyses and reports that effectively communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner. Additionally, the analyst will create and stylize support materials for Ad Sales and Planning, proactively brainstorm solutions to sales positioning needs, and assist other research team members as required.
