About the position

The Research Analyst position at Robert Half is focused on maintaining the integrity of information in commercial credit reports through detailed analysis, quality assurance, and data validation. The role requires collaboration with external contractors to ensure the accuracy of financial data and business information.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various tools to validate the quality of work processed by our external contractors.
• Confirm the accuracy of financial news articles reviewed by our overseas contractors.
• Validate hierarchical relationships between customer accounts and businesses in the database.
• Verify address information, business descriptions, and industry classification data collected on businesses.
• Update business details on companies with incomplete information.
• Respond to critical inquiries from our overseas contractors.
• Report errors to be corrected by our overseas contractors.

Requirements

• Position requires a minimum of 0 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong skills in Detailed Analysis are mandatory
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance is essential
• Ability to perform Data Validation tasks effectively
• Willingness to work in a team and collaborate with other departments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
