About the position

CAMP Systems is the leading provider of aircraft compliance and health management services to the global business aviation industry. As a Research Analyst at AMSTAT, a subsidiary of CAMP Systems, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing market information for aircraft owners and aviation professionals. This position is primarily remote, with an affiliated facility in Oklahoma City, and requires a candidate who is comfortable engaging in phone conversations for several hours each day. Your responsibilities will include contacting aircraft owners to update their information, conducting market research, and entering data into the company database. You will also be expected to utilize various online resources to gather information and maintain accurate records of your findings. The role demands a self-directed, goal-oriented individual who is energetic and organized. You will be expected to make 30-40 outgoing calls daily, ensuring that the information collected is accurate and up-to-date. The successful candidate will have experience in a phone-based environment and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential, along with a solid understanding of internet research techniques. Responsibilities

  • Contact aircraft owners via phone to update contact information, verify changes with aircraft, and ensure accuracy of information
  • Conduct market research on aircraft and aircraft owners
  • Search third party informational sources online
  • Download Daily CD from the internal FAA program into the internal AMSTAT program
  • Download specific documents from the FAA internal system to the internal AMSTAT program
  • Maintain Daily Request Document Spreadsheet
  • Make outgoing calls (30-40 daily)

Requirements

  • Candidate must be self-directed, goal orientated, energetic and organized
  • Experience in a heavy phone based setting a plus
  • Must possess excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and in using the internet are requirements
