As a Research Analyst at Uline, you will play a crucial role in uncovering captivating narratives that drive our business forward. This position requires a natural curiosity and a passion for research, as you will be tasked with exploring diverse topics ranging from emerging industry trends to competitor strategies. Your findings will be presented to inform and guide our growing business, making your contributions vital to our success. In this role, you will investigate and interpret data using tools like Excel, transforming raw numbers and research into insightful stories that can influence decision-making. You will curate market research, distilling complex information into easy-to-digest executive summaries, visual aids, and presentations that can be utilized by various business units. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with different departments to understand their challenges and recommend effective solutions to senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for giving presentations about industry competitors and other relevant topics, ensuring that our teams are well-informed and equipped to make strategic decisions. This position is on-site at our corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ year in Research, Analytics, Journalism/Reporting or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
