The Research Analyst plays a crucial role in advancing the mission and objectives of the Council for Professional Recognition through the application of advanced research techniques, strategic insights, and quantitative analysis. This position is responsible for supporting various departmental research activities, particularly in monitoring the landscape of the Early Childhood Education (ECE) credentialing field. The Research Analyst will recommend strategies that contribute to the Council's growth and will support the Psychometric and Research department throughout all aspects of the credentialing process. This role requires collaboration across departments to provide insights that guide strategic decision-making processes. In this position, the Research Analyst will design independent studies aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of the Council's products or services. This involves collaborating with different departments within the Council to conduct both qualitative and quantitative data projects. The analyst will be responsible for generating clear and concise reports that outline findings, provide valuable insights to both internal and external stakeholders, and offer recommendations to improve product performance and inform strategic decision-making. The role also includes project management responsibilities, where the analyst will work with key stakeholders to ensure that the Council's work is streamlined and efficient. Additionally, the Research Analyst will engage externally to elevate the Council's visibility by participating in conferences, meetings, and webinars. This position requires adherence to Council policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of confidentiality, and providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders. The analyst will also be expected to establish an annual professional development plan with goals that are monitored quarterly, ensuring continuous growth and alignment with the Council's mission.
