Responsibilities

  • Design and manage research insights and deliverables.
  • Analyze research findings and visualize them through dashboards and presentations.
  • Partner with sales to increase client acquisition and retention.
  • Act as the primary research partner for clients, participating in meetings and presenting deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent delivery and customer service.
  • Review research objectives and communicate project goals to operations and sales teams.
  • Identify and address technical, operational, and organizational problems.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with key customers and interpret their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with research experience preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of market research experience in a client-facing role.
  • Background in quantitative research and data analysis.
  • Advanced analysis and report writing skills focused on delivering actionable insights.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong initiative and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining client service orientation.
  • Quickly grasp and understand new technologies (e.g., web/multi-media, multi-device).
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SPSS is a plus.
