About The Position
ManTech is seeking motivated, career-oriented Research Analysts to join our team in the DMV area. This position involves conducting comprehensive research and analyzing data to support decision-making and strategic planning. The Research Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. Analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for the success of the organization's research initiatives. The role requires conducting in-depth research on various topics, including market trends, industry analysis, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies. Analysts will gather data from multiple sources, including databases, reports, websites, and primary research. They will analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and qualitative techniques, identifying key trends, patterns, and insights from research findings. The position also involves developing reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate research findings to stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making processes, and staying updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging research methodologies. Additionally, the Research Analyst will assist in the implementation of research projects, including survey development and data collection, and support the development and maintenance of research databases and knowledge repositories. This position is available in Maryland, Virginia, and Colorado, with multiple levels available, making it suitable for candidates with varying levels of experience.
