About the position

The Research Analyst position at Adecco in Clark, NJ, is a full-time temporary role focused on providing technical support for research and innovation in energy-based technologies. The analyst will be responsible for creating synopses of technologies, maintaining awareness of new opportunities, and collaborating with various teams to support product testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for R&I by creating synopses of new and existing energy-based technologies.
• Maintain awareness of new technical or marketing opportunities from scientific and technical literature, publications, and patents.
• Serve as a creative catalyst for potential new technology discoveries and/or new ingredient functions.
• Work closely with Safety and Analytical teams to support product testing and analysis.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Evaluation team to support clinical, instrumental, and consumer testing.
• Support technical dossiers for new products or modifications to existing products.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science is required.
• Demonstrated skills in analyzing, reporting, and documenting information with attention to detail.
• A clear and effective communicator to expert and non-expert audiences alike (oral, written, presentations).
• Familiarity and expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Patsnap highly desirable.
