The Research Analyst is an important member of the data analytic team, providing highly technical data management and analytic support for ongoing studies. This position offers opportunities to work in a collegial environment, supporting various innovative and multidisciplinary studies through the preparation and conduct of research using large databases and survey data. The Research Analyst will utilize their experience and competence in statistical software to manage and analyze large datasets and survey data, producing data summaries, tables, and figures. Key responsibilities include contributing to scientific writing, which encompasses the development of statistical analysis plans, scientific reports, and drafting methods and results for abstracts and manuscripts. The role requires a strong foundation in research principles and practices, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team. The Research Analyst will be expected to engage in various aspects of research, from data collection to analysis, ensuring that the findings are accurately represented and communicated to stakeholders. This full-time position is classified as exempt and requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
