About the position

The Research Analyst position involves performing research requests using various open-source and proprietary tools to support federal clients. The role requires critical thinking and analytical skills to investigate case information and prepare reports for federal agencies, contributing to national security efforts.

Responsibilities

• Investigate case information and prepare reports for federal agencies.
• Collaborate with team members to create products for federal agencies related to employment, immigration benefits, or access to secured facilities.
• Support federal agencies in protecting the U.S. from threats to national security.
• Research to determine the existence of records and search for alternate spellings and aliases.
• Utilize client tracking and communication systems to access information and research documents.
• Review and edit documents generated by others and communicate effectively within teams.
• Perform administrative tasks including creating summaries, reports, and maintaining logs.

Requirements

• Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with three or more years of relevant experience in administrative, analytical, and research functions.
• Experience providing products and services similar to the outlined duties is desired.
• Ability to utilize various records systems and computer applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Chrome.
• Ability to produce written summaries and reports in compliance with governing legislation and policies.
