About The Position
The Research and Development Chemist at Calumet is responsible for supporting the formulation and improvement of lubricants and greases. This role involves blending and testing new formulations, evaluating raw materials, and reformulating existing products to meet production and marketing needs. The chemist will work closely with the Formulation and Stewardship Manager, manage multiple projects, and ensure compliance with laboratory safety practices while utilizing various analytical instruments.
