About The Position
The Department of Community Justice (DCJ) is looking for a Research Leader who can demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, leadership, and program evaluation. This position provides leadership for program evaluation, analysis of generated data, and dissemination of findings to the criminal justice community. The role involves setting the research agenda for the department, ensuring research is conducted through grant support, collaboration with external evaluators, and project assignments to research staff. The Research Leader will oversee the scientific, analytic, and technical aspects of evaluations, manage day-to-day projects, and present findings at various conferences.
