About The Position

The Research and Program Analyst will lead and manage various functions including strategic planning, governance, program and project management, process improvement, and special projects or initiatives within the University of California, Davis. This role is crucial for supporting the development of a Community of Practice (CoP) aimed at expanding the Center's telehealth and digital health portfolio, enhancing collaboration across clinical departments, and facilitating research partnerships focused on digital health impacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training.
  • Extensive experience in program/project management.
  • Ability to develop strategic direction and break objectives into short-term tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Strong written communication skills for documentation and grant preparation.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal direction.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive research analyst and project management experience.
  • Experience with grant writing and conducting surveys.
  • Knowledge of integrated behavioral health services and telehealth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage research projects and grant development.
  • Support the development of a Community of Practice (CoP) to enhance telehealth and digital health initiatives.
  • Contribute to grant writing and determine project priorities.
  • Strategically network and monitor overall project goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate collaboration across clinical departments for research partnerships.
