About the position

The Research and Survey Support Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting a non-profit organization by managing data related to contracts from local health departments. This remote position requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills, as the assistant will be responsible for updating contact information and encouraging local health departments to complete necessary profiles before deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an Excel spreadsheet with contracts from local health departments across the nation.
  • Follow up via phone calls and emails to confirm the best contact information and to remind/encourage local health departments to complete the profile before the deadline.
  • Enter updated contact information into the database system.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Data entry skills.
