The Research Assistant, Cancer Prevention and Control Program will assist with behavioral research projects in cancer prevention and control, including the DEMI-MRI (Developing a Multilevel Decision Support Intervention for Screening Breast MRI) study. The research assistant will support the enrollment of participants into research studies, including recruitment, screening patients for eligibility, and ongoing contact with participants to optimize retention. The employee will also be involved in preparing participant materials, data collection, data entry, data tracking, maintaining files, and conducting quality assurance. Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail/organizational skills are essential. Ability to function as a member of a team in an interdisciplinary research environment and interface with outside collaborators is also critical.
