Responsibilities

• Perform and manage research to identify new prospects for fundraising.
• Develop cultivation and solicitation strategies with development directors.
• Monitor the performance of development director prospect pools and provide updates.
• Create and maintain constituent profiles for events and visits.
• Generate and distribute reports on giving metrics and other relevant data.
• Assist with database management and updates in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Provide backup for administrative and technological requests from faculty and staff.
• Collaborate with development directors to update portfolios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4 years) in a relevant field.
• Two to five years' experience in institutional development focusing on prospect research.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or other databases.
