Responsibilities

• Design and execute independent research
• Apply molecular biology techniques to generate novel DNA constructs of target genes
• Express, purify and characterize recombinant proteins
• Carry out EPR spectroscopy analysis and build molecular models
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field
• Experience in molecular biology and cell culture
• Experience in protein chemistry
• Experience in EPR spectroscopy
