Responsibilities

  • Work on project teams that develop and execute research studies
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, data entry, coding, and file maintenance
  • Work onsite as a team to organize and ship materials
  • Assist in various tasks such as data and recording review, study trainings, and study coordination
  • Provide support to study participants and study staff
  • Help improve processes and solve problems

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of computer systems, especially Microsoft Office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to learn quickly
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
