About the position
The position involves conducting hands-on bioanalysis and DMPK studies, analyzing data, and maintaining detailed and accurate study documentation. The role requires the interpretation of in vitro data derived from assays for both internal review and external partners. Additionally, the candidate will perform data analysis using GraphPad Prism and follow University safety protocols, which may include the use of combustibles, biohazardous materials, and fluids/tissues. The responsibilities also include performing calculations involving molarity, % solutions, and serial dilutions, operating and maintaining high-throughput, semi-automated analytical instruments, and assisting with general laboratory operations, including ordering supplies and consumables. Other duties may be assigned, and the candidate will assist DMPK lab members with miscellaneous tasks and help maintain the instruments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on bioanalysis and DMPK studies

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a relevant field
- ≥ 2 years laboratory experience in enzymology, biochemistry, or molecular biology
- Experience in mass spectrometry
- Experience in assay design, troubleshooting, and data analysis
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with LC-MS/MS
- Knowledge of small molecule drug discovery processes
- Experience in a discovery project
- Excellent ability to work well with others for both team and individualized activities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
