About the position

Baylor University is seeking a Research Assistant to support the Department of Physical Therapy within Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences. This role involves working directly with young children with significant disabilities and their families in community settings, utilizing mobility technology. The position is part-time and fully in-person, located in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with recruitment of subjects for research studies
• Collecting, processing, and backing up data
• Summarizing, documenting, and presenting research findings
• Performing literature reviews and responding to research-related emails
• Organizing and attending project meetings
• Participating in in-person and online conferences related to lab activities
• Following training protocols to assist children in increasing their community mobility
• Performing all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
• Maintaining regular and punctual attendance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three years of relevant work experience
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
