The Center for Cancer Cell Biology, Immunology & Infection at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Assistant to support various research tasks in the laboratory. This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability. The Laboratory Assistant will work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) to maintain a mouse colony, prepare lab stock solutions, and assist in organizing and maintaining lab inventory across various temperature-controlled freezers. The role also involves performing a variety of experiments under the supervision of the PI, utilizing techniques from biochemical, cellular, and molecular biology, including Western blotting, PCR, cloning, and plasmid purification.
