About The Position
The Research Associate 2 or 3 (RA2, RA3) will engage in independent research projects under the guidance of the Principal Investigator at LSU Health New Orleans. This role involves assisting in the implementation of NIH-funded research studies related to lung cancer screening and smoking cessation, preparing necessary materials for Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions, and managing participant recruitment and compensation. The RA will also analyze and summarize data, and contribute to drafting reports and manuscripts for research dissemination.
