About the position

The Research Associate (Chatbot/Voicebot) at Jerry will focus on building and refining prompts for AI bots to enhance customer self-service capabilities and support automation initiatives. This role is integral to the development of Jerry's AI-powered AllCar super app, which aims to simplify car ownership through advanced chatbot and voicebot technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research to improve AI bot performance.
• Build and refine prompts for AI bots to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
• Collaborate with team members to influence decisions based on research findings.
• Evaluate language precision, tone, and clarity in communication for AI interactions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in conducting and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong critical thinking skills to objectively analyze and evaluate findings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on language precision.
• Achievement-oriented mindset with a high standard for personal performance.
• Bachelor's degree in a research-intensive discipline such as computational linguistics, cognitive science, engineering, artificial intelligence, or computer science.
