About the position

The University of Tennessee Knoxville is seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Research Associate II within the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. In this position, the Research Associate II will be responsible for the design and implementation of field and laboratory sampling and analysis. The role also involves preparing and presenting project reports, publishing research results in academic journals, and actively participating in the writing of research proposals to secure funding for ongoing and future projects.   • PhD in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 4 years of experience in molecular microbial ecology research.
