About the position

The Research Associate II position at TekwissenGroup involves developing and validating bioassays to support biological drug development. The role requires planning and executing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with senior personnel to solve problems. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to process development activities and project goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate bioassays to support biological drug development.
• Plan and execute assigned experiments that support Process Development activities and project goals.
• Participate in group meetings to share test results.
• Recognize anomalous and inconsistent results and interpret experimental outcomes.
• Operate scientific equipment such as Plate reader and Softmax software for ELISA and cell culture techniques.
• Select appropriate methods and techniques to perform experiments and prepare related reports.
• Analyze data using SoftMax Pro software and present findings using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 2+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 1+ years of experience.
• Experience with ELISA and cell culture techniques.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to evaluate the quality of data.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a research associate for 1 year (preferred).
• Familiarity with SoftMax Pro software.
